Treat Your Feet

Learn how to Treat Your Feet!  If your feet are always sore, this class is for you. You'll leave with a massage ball, instructions to recreate the treatment, and two happy feet!

Windsor Hall

Tenants of Windsor Park Plaza, Windsor Park Lofts and College Plaza can enter Windsor Hall via Diversions (on the second floor).  

All others must access the room via the second floor entrance on 83rd Avenue - the approximate address is 11103 83 Avenue NW.  Look for the green staircase!
