Keeley's own experience with lack of activity due to injuries has helped her understand the work and patience it takes to get back to feeling like yourself and doing what you used to do. Her exercise prescriptions, hands on work, and acupuncture techniques provide an efficient program to get you back to health.

Meet Alfie!

Alfie is an Affenpinscher/Yorkie cross. Since Evolve Strength is a dog-friendly building, Alfie tags along with Robyn when she is working at that location.

He's an excellent assistant, and mostly naps during the massage treatments. He isn't qualified as a therapy dog (yet), but he brings a lot of smiles to a lot of faces!
