Should I cancel my treatment if I'm not feeling well?
We ask that you err on the side of caution when it comes to deciding whether or not to cancel an appointment. We will not be charging a fee for any cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the appointment.
Appointments can be cancelled/changed online up to 24 hours before the start time. After that point, please contact our office by email at info@zenithwellness.ca or text or leave a voicemail at (780)238-6824.
We will be happy to reschedule your visit for a time when you are feeling better to minimize the risk to the therapists and the other clients sharing the space. Thank you in advance for understanding.
Can I get a massage if I'm pregnant?
Yes, your massage therapist is trained in prenatal massage and will adjust your treatment and positioning accordingly. Please make a note when booking your appointment to let us know that you are pregnant, and how far along, so we can make the necessary preparations before you arrive.
