  • Why do you need my credit card number on file?
Effective June 1, 2020, our online booking system requires an active credit card number on file before any appointments can be booked. At the time of your appointment, you may choose to pay with a different card or by e-Transfer instead. If we are direct billing on your behalf, the card will not be charged unless the claim is denied or only party covered by your benefits. Storing the number on your file is a secure and efficient way to streamline our billing and payment process. In the event of a 'no show' or cancelling within 1 hour of your appointment, a missed appointment fee will be charged to this credit card.
  • Can I get a massage if I'm pregnant?
Yes, your massage therapist is trained in prenatal massage and will adjust your treatment and positioning accordingly. Please make a note when booking your appointment to let us know that you are pregnant, and how far along, so we can make the necessary preparations before you arrive.
