Directions to the Evolve Strength South location:

The address is 4825 89 St NW.  From 51 Avenue, turn south on 89 Street.  Proceed south one and a half blocks, and turn left into the parking lot of the "Epic" building (large cement building). There is free parking in the stalls labelled "Evolve Fitness" or "Visitor".  Enter Evolve (near the east end of the building) and let the front desk staff know that you have arrived for your appointment with Zenith.

Directions to the College Plaza location:

The address is 506 - 8215 112 St NW.  The building is at the corner of 82 Avenue and 112 Street, and the main entrance faces west.  You can also enter the building via the street level parkade.  Take the elevator to the 5th floor, and exit left to Suite 506.  Come into our shared waiting room and take a seat - there is no receptionist in this space.  We will come and get you at the time of your appointment. Help yourself to some water, coffee or tea while you wait.  Parking is available on 82 Avenue (ePark), 83 Avenue (limited 1- and 2-hour free parking) and in the street level parkade (Impark).

Do you offer direct billing services?

We currently offer direct billing for our massage therapy services, and will be able to direct bill for physiotherapy soon.  We require a credit card on file for clients wishing to have their sessions billed directly to their benefit plan.

I'm pregnant - can I book a massage?

Yes, our therapists are trained in Pre-Natal Massage Therapy, and we have the supplies to position you comfortably for a side-lying session.  Please make a note when booking your appointment to let us know you are pregnant, and how far along, so that we can make the necessary preparations before you arrive.

Can my son/daughter get a massage?

Absolutely - our Registered Massage Therapists are great with kids.  If you or your child would be more comfortable, you can remain in the room for a portion or the duration of their treatment.  It's best if you accompany them for their assessment, so that if they are unsure of the procedures or have any questions, you can help them out.  Many benefit plans include coverage for kids - we can direct bill for their treatment as well.  Children aged 5-12 can be booked online - if you are interested in booking an appointment for someone younger than 5, please contact us via email at

Should I cancel my massage if I am not feeling well?

In order to prevent the spread of germs to your therapist and other clients, we recommend that you cancel your session if you have any of the following symptoms:

- nausea, vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours

- fever, or fever related symptoms, in the last 24 hours (chills, aches, fatigue)

- if your nose is itchy or runny, or if you are sneezy (and it's not due to allergies)

- if you have a cough

- if someone in your household is unwell and you are feeling 'not quite right' 

When cancelling an appointment, please try to give as much notice as possible.  Appointments can be cancelled online (until 24 hours before your appointment is scheduled to start), or by calling 780-238-6824.

Is there a missed appointment/late cancellation fee?

In the event that you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a fee.  Clients who miss an appointment without giving any notice will be charged the full amount for their session, and if less than 24 hours notice is given, 50% of the appointment fee will be charged. This fee cannot be billed to the client's benefits, and must be paid in full before the next appointment.
